In 2019, after years of running a successful MSP in Australia, our founder Leon Black grew tired of clunky tools, billing errors, and profit erosion caused by so-called “automation.” When ConnectWise retired Cloud Console and doubled down on costly alternatives, we knew it was time to take back control.

So we built what we needed:
A lean, powerful platform that simplifies Microsoft licence billing, improves accuracy, and helps MSPs protect their margins.

Our mission

Sync 365 helps MSPs and Microsoft CSPs turn Microsoft billing data into billing records the business can trust. The PSA stays the system of record; Sync 365 provides the reconciliation layer that helps keep licence counts, Azure charges, managed-user counts, custom recurring services, minimums, exclusions, filters, and customer-specific rules aligned.

What we believe

• Billing reconciliation needs more than a source count. It has to consider mappings, proration, agreement behaviour, customer rules, and what the MSP actually bills.
• Basic licence sync is not billing reconciliation. Microsoft 365 counts matter, but so do Azure usage, managed-user services, backup, antivirus, web filtering, security tools, minimums, exclusions, and custom recurring lines.
• The PSA should stay the system of record. Sync 365 updates supported PSA agreement or contract records instead of replacing the invoice process MSPs already run.
• Automation should protect margin, not create another month-end clean-up job. MSP billing teams need clearer evidence, fewer manual spreadsheets, and fewer missed recurring charges.
