I tried to get ConnectWise Unite to work for our Office 365 auto billing. I spent hours testing, troubleshooting, and working with the ConnectWise dev team on issues. Many features of the product just didn’t work as you would assume they should. After a huge investment of time, I still couldn’t get it to consistently sync Office 365 counts into ConnectWise.
Feeling exhausted and looking for other options, I found Sync365 License. It only took me a few hours to setup and it's been working flawlessly ever since. For the couple issues I did have, support was phenomenal. They even developed a couple new features for my specific needs. It’s now configured to handle all our Office 365 and Managed Service per user billing. It has saved our team a boatload of time. This decision is a no brainer!
