Multi Factor Authentication

To help combat all the nasty’s out there, we have implemented MFA for our account logins. We are utilizing the google authenticator for this. So you can grab your google authenticator/microsoft authenticator, whichever you prefer to add this in.

To enable this, log into your Sync 365 License account.

Click on your name/company name in the top right corner.

Tick “Enable Multi factor authentication”

We will generate a QR code. Open your authenticator app and add a new MFA login. Point your camera at the QR code to add this.

Enter in the code generated in your authenticator app and click save.

Now when you log in to Sync 365 License we will prompt you for your MFA code to allow you in.
