Accessing your billing account and updating credit card details
At this point our billing account is not linked to your Sync 365 License Login.
During your initial check out you would have been requested to create a password and this is for the billing account. If you are unsure of this, please click on “Lost your password” to reset it.
You can access your billing account by going to https://www.sync365license.com/my-account/
Updating payment method
After you have logged in click on “Payment Methods” on the left hand side
From here you can click on “Add payment method” to add a new card and make it your default.
